How long are shipping times?

Orders will ship in 1-3 business days and include tracking. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to ship during sale periods. Shipping methods are as follows:

CANADA (shipped with Canada Post - Expedited Parcel)

Orders over $200 Cdn ship FREE!

For all other orders we offer flat rate shipping:

Orders under $100 - $20.00  

Orders under $200 - $25.00

Expedited Parcel delivery times range from 2-7 business days depending on your location.

UNITED STATES (shipped with Canada Post - Expedited Parcel USA)

Orders over $300 Cdn (approx $230 U.S. depending on exchange rate at time of purchase) ship FREE! 

We offer flat rate shipping for all other orders: 

Orders under $300 Cdn- $35.00 (approx. 3-9 business days, with a tracking number). Customer is responsible for any customs fees and duties fees for each order. Wisteria Bloom is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or hold-ups at customs on international orders.**

EUROPE (shipped with tracking number)

Please note that we have currently suspended all shipments to European destinations.

What's your return policy?

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.)

If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, or it is damaged upon receipt, you may initiate a return within 21 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt / proof of purchase. Return of undamaged items are at the expense of purchaser. Please see our Return Policy page for more details.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel your order once it has been shipped. 

What happens if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If your ordered product is damaged or defective upon delivery, simply notify us with the information and a photo. We will then process a refund. Please see our Return Policy page for specific details.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged product upon delivery, please contact us so that we can return and replace your item.
